Tim is an award-winning theatre maker, actor and puppeteer who works nationally and internationally. He is a founding member of WA’s The Last Great Hunt. In his tutorial, Tim will unpack his creative process looking at creating your own theatre space, non-verbal storytelling and the basics of puppetry.

Pete is an emerging Western Australian lighting designer who works across theatre, dance, music and more. In his tutorial he explores lighting for performance the basics, adapted for your loungeroom.
Week Six Tutors:
Tim is a performer, deviser, director, puppeteer, improvisor and animator from Perth, cxcWestern Australia. He is a founding member of The Last Great Hunt and a Sidney Myer Fellowship recipient. He has a passion for creating and performing original, imaginatively engaging theatrical experiences born from improvisation and experimentation. He has co-created a plethora of shows, some of which won awards and continue to tour all over the world. These include: ‘The Adventures of Alvin Sputnik: Deep Sea Explorer’ (2009), ‘It’s Dark Outside’ (2012), ‘BRUCE’ (2014), ‘Monroe and Associates’ (2015), ‘Bambert’s Book of Lost Stories’ (2016), ‘New Owner’ (2016), ‘The Irresisitible’ (2017), ‘STAY WITH US’ (2018) and ‘Lé Nør [the rain] (2019).
Pete is an emerging lighting designer based in Perth, Western Australia. Growing up in the south-west and graduating from the West Australian Academy of Performing Arts in 2019 with a bachelor of Performing Arts (Lighting Design), Peter has experience across a wide range of performances including dance, theatre, music and more.
